Rumi is a well-known Sufi mystic and Persian poet from the 13th Century. His poems often tells a lyrical story of what it's like to be alive. His writing is inspirational in a very beautiful way. Rumi is a personal favourite poet of mine and today I'm sharing 20 of my favourite quotes from him.

2. Everything in the universe is within you. Ask all from yourself.

3. We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you have been seeking has always been within.

4. Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.

5. Yesterday, I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today, I am wise, so I am changing myself.

6. Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction.
